About Windecker Woods Flower Farm

Their Flower Farm offers the perfect private space for a romantic wedding. While the Flower Farm is open to the public, their event space sits farther back in its own secluded spot. New in 2024, they offer a unique experience for couples to get married, take breathtaking photos and celebrate with friends and family all in one spot. They are located between the quaint country villages of Dunnville and Cayuga Ontario.

Facilities and Capacity

Their newly renovated horse 'Livery Stable', offers a rustic and romantic feel for groups of up to 130 people. New washrooms and cocktail area offer convenience and comfort, while access to all their items makes for organizing a wedding very easy.

Services

DIY packages, or have us contact all the vendors for you and arrange things. They offer set up and take down. They have bartenders and servers to assist with your bar and food needs. In house 'Day of Coordinator' is available for a fee. They own 2 sound systems, on battery operated that can be used, or they can bring in a local DJ. They have 4 local caterers with excellent reputations that are ready to make an amazing meal for you and your guests. They also have 3 photographers who are familiar with their property that can accommodate most price points.

Decorations

Many rustic decorations available; cocktail hour barrel and umbrella station, Edison string lights, cylinder candle holders, artificial greenery and sheer swags. All will turn the space into a romantic dream.

In-House Catering

They do not have any in-house catering but they have 4 local caters willing to create an amazing meal from you. Their local 'Hi End' caterer will temp your taste buds with carefully chosen fresh ingredients and made to make your mouth water. Two of their other local caterers are known for making comfort foods, always and excellent choice. Lastly their local BBQ Specialist is ready to grill you up any meat of your choice, then create many sided to finish off a tasty BBQ meal.

Accommodation

Near by AirBnB and well as 2 inns a short 10 minutes drive to the town of Dunnville. One of the closest AirBnB offers the entire house that will sleep up to 12, this would be a great choice for the wedding party or close family. Other Air BnB's are near by and offer clean and friendly accommodations. In the village of Dunnville they have 2 Inns with clean rooms for a reasonable price.

A wedding at their farm will check off all your boxes, whether you are a bride that likes to 'Do It Yourself' or someone who just wants to relax the months leading up to her wedding and wishes others to do the frustrating arranging. Their very private venue offers a rustic barn newly renovated to give you a cozy and fun atmosphere for your guests. As well they have 3 very private places for you to say your 'I Do's'. Deep in the forest for your 'Twilight' inspired spot, beside a shimmering pond or in front of the 'Livery Stable' barn, all are amazing places for you to tie the knot.
