About The Diplomat

The Diplomat on King William Street is an event space and restaurant that was once known as the Baltimore House. Its diverse and casual menu is inspired by street markets and global street scenes. It has an energetic and fun atmosphere with a colourful and modern eclectic interior. It features high top tables, bar stools, and lounge chairs but can also transform small and intimate wedding receptions. It is the type of venue that caters to casual and fun receptions.

Facilities and Capacity

Diplomat restaurant caters to 200 cocktail style receptions and 90 seated guests. With wooden floors and long wood tables and comfortable lounge chairs, you can have a choice on a floor plan. A low ceiling and wooden pillars add to a warm atmosphere. A bridal table is elegantly decorated in luxury table linens and ambient lighting and can also include a luxurious backdrop. All glassware, dinnerware, bar ware and cutlery are provided by the restaurant.
