The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 is a national historic site that offers facilities to host weddings in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 provides you unique spaces with different stories that can be suitable for various sizes and styles of weddings. These are the facilities that you can host your wedding:
● Chrysler Canada Pavilion - It is a lovely setting with views of the Halifax Harbour. Its floor-to-ceiling windows make it more spacious and lightful. It can accommodate up to 100 guests for dinners, 200 guests for ceremonies and 300 guests for the cocktail receptions.
● Ralph and Rose Chiodo Gallery - This unique room is located on the ground floor of the building near the sea. While you host your wedding, your guests will enjoy the view of Halifax Harbour and George’s Island. In day receptions, the room is full of natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. It can host 200 guests in banquets and 300 guests in receptions.
● Rudolph P. Brattary Hall - If you want to have an unusual wedding experience, this interactive exhibit space can be a good option for you. With guided tours and film screening, your guests can learn more about our nation’s rich history before, during or after the wedding. This unique space can host 70 guests in banquets, 50 guests in ceremonies and 250 guests in cocktail receptions. You will also have the Harbour View with floor-to-ceiling windows in the Gateway section.
● Kenneth C. Rowe Hall - It is the largest space in the building with high ceilings, industrial looks, and state-of-the-art lighting systems. It can host up to 440 guests for ceremonies or banquets and 550 guests for cocktail receptions. It features a stage, private entrance, use of backstage, basic sound system, etc.
