About Atlantic School of Theology
Atlantic Academy of Theology, located in Halifax, offers a venue for your celebrations. Located in the scenic South direction, this venue offers indoor and outdoor event spaces for romantic weddings, banquets, and rehearsal dinners.
The historical construction of the site is in 1898, and it is now a unique location for special activities. This location provides many refined spaces to welcome between 20 and 75 guests on your big day. It offers perfect backdrops for unforgettable wedding pictures.
• In Saint Columba Chapel at the location, the happy couple can have their wedding. A historical setting for unforgettable wedding vows with a lectern and piano is offered in this picturesque location. The chapel is lined with elegant wooden benches and can accommodate up to 110 visitors.
• Couples can also have their wedding on the lawn outside.
• There is a banquet hall, with space for 48 seated guests or 75 for cocktail receptions, at the President's Cabin.
• The function room can be tailored to different layouts with an open floor plan. This room has incredible views from the wall-to-wall windows of the Northwest Arm. This area is furnished with audiovisual facilities to handle event entertainment. The attached sundeck allows visitors to breathe in the fresh Atlantic breeze.
You will configure your function room to fit your wedding vision with this venue. The President's Lodge provides a professionally fitted kitchen to be prepared by catering firms before service. Tables, chairs and dishes that customers will use for their event are provided with price by the Atlantic Theological Academy.
