About Whitchurch Stouffville Museum
Situated in the lovely Gormley, Ontario, The Whitchurch - Stouffville Museum offers magnificent space for weddings. It was established in 1971 and offered a mix of new and old elements. This museum features five heritage buildings and a community centre. They conduct wedding ceremonies, reception, bridal shower, engagement, and rehearsal dinner.
The Whitchurch - Stouffville Museum have indoor spaces and outdoor spaces that can be booked for organizing various wedding events:
1. Main Hall: It is 1420 square feet of event space and can accommodate a maximum of 160 guests for standing events (cocktail style) or 100 guests for seated receptions with the table. You and your guests can also use the outdoor courtyard located just outside the main hall.
2. Half Main Hall: It is a 700 square feet room with the east and west sides. It is ideal for conducting small events. Eastside has 50 guests seated, while the west side can hold up to 40 guests.
3. Community Room: Ideal for intimate events with up to 35 guests, this space offers a scenic view of the Museum's Log Cabin.
