Facilities and Capacity

Aspen Country Hills offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces to suit the needs of your wedding day. The stunning outdoor location features beautiful pathways, a waterfall, and several unique photo opportunities to provide a breathtaking backdrop for your ceremony and celebration. Indoors, the 3000 sq ft barn offers ample space to accommodate up to 180 guests, complete with LED lights for the dance floor and a 130-inch projector for slideshows.

The facility features two ceremony areas to choose from, with four ceremony arches available for your selection. Additionally, they provide a speaker system for the ceremony area and a sound system for inside the barn. You'll have access to a 54-inch standing bar cooler/freezer, ice maker, and propane heaters for cooler nights. Also offering you a 16x16ft pergola on a cement pad used as the main fire pit area, with enough wood for your weekend or a single night. There's even a 20x40ft cement pad behind the venue with lounging patio furniture and a smaller 2nd fire pit area.

The venue has 24 handcrafted wooden tables to seat up to 180 guests and 180 handcrafted wooden chairs. There are also 21 wooden benches available for your ceremony.
The facility features two private bridal party prep areas, and for those who require overnight accommodations, the beautifully renovated Farm House sleeps 10-14 guests in six rooms with seven beds total. Also offering you 12 glamping Bell Tents to accommodate up to 48 guests in luxury.

Aspen Country Hills offers a range of packages to suit your wedding needs. The day and weekend packages come with overnight accommodations at the campground, and the Farm House & Bell Tent rental is available for an additional fee. Each tent is fully furnished with comfortable amenities and bedding, and there are options for King, Queen, or Double Queen beds. 12 available Bell Tents range in size from 16 ft to 20 ft in diameter and can sleep between 1-4 guests. With electricity and bedding included, our Bell Tents are a unique and unforgettable experience for your guests.
