About Cambridge Mill
Cambridge Mill is just over 30 minutes from Burlington and Hamilton and was once used as one of Cambridge's top mills. As a waterfront location, the reinstated mill is rich in history and tradition, and as a wedding venue, it honours its past. The beautifully restored and renovated 19th-century mill with its five storeys combines natural beauty and elegance.
Cambridge Mill offers four different locations to bridal couples and their guests;
• The Pavilion is a fantastic glass-encased chapel where the bride and groom can exchange their vows' It is all-year-round perfection that gives guests and the couple full view of the Lake in front of them. High ceilings with plenty of woodwork, chandeliers, and wooden chairs are seated next to the aisle where the bride would walk to her groom. The Pavilion offers seating for 200 guests plus an elegantly draped wedding arch or pedestal.
• Waterfront Room and Garden Terrace are an inviting and intimately elegant room rich in heritage. It contains casement windows in limestone walls; a wood brings fireplace with ambient lighting and plush comfortable chairs. Long tables draped with white linen and beautiful table decor, including flowers on each table. Here the gust capacity is 100 seated guests.
• The Gallery has beautiful limestone walls, hand-blown glass chandeliers, dramatic 14-foot ceilings with exposed pillars and beams that bring out the heritage ambience. With etched glass windows and round tables with plush white chairs for guests, the bride's table is a long, beautifully decorated table against a limestone wall. The seating capacity is 130.
• Falls Room & Solarium is spacious and bright with hand-carved beams, 12-foot-high ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, exposed stonework, casement windows, and very soft lighting. Throughout the reception, both day or night, guests experience spectacular sunsets and views. Plush cream chairs featuring long, rectangular, and round tables offer a quiet elegance and feeling of utter luxury. The guest capacity is 200 seated guests.

Cambridge Mill's professional special event consultants will guide couples through the whole preparation process to ensure a spectacular and memorable event. They will take care of every detail, from the variety of rooms to wine and menu options and decoration specifics, such as table and flower arrangements. The venue offers wedding suite, tables, chairs, setup, cleanup, l linens, china, flatware, glassware, and outside vendors.
Executive Chef Joel LaBute offers wedding catering packages and listens to all dietary needs. He creates original and tasty cuisine based on traditional dishes. You and your friends will enjoy a world-class table that endorses seasonal, organic menus. The venue serves a wide range of buffets, hors d'oeuvres, plated entrees, stations and desserts. Bar services, including champagne toasts, are also available. Also, menus tasting is available for all wedding menus.
