About Alpine Ski Club Collingwood
With its elegant clubhouse overlooking the scenic Niagara Escarpment, Alpine Ski Club offers beautiful weddings and events during the off-season in the Blue Mountains near Collingwood. Located in a unique location, this resort offers a wealth of facilities and services that will make your wedding an unforgettable event. According to CNN Travel, Alpine is one of the top nine private ski resorts in the world! The People's Choice award was given to Alpine Wedding Venue of the Year.
A modified open concept layout allows Alpine's clubhouse to be flexible, with a 4,800-square-foot terrace providing outdoor space. Dinner, dancing, and socializing can all be accommodated in the Georgian Room or Heritage Lounge for smaller receptions. In large celebrations, one room can be set up as a ceremony room, another as a bar space for cocktails, another as a dining room for dinner, and yet another as a dance floor without any disruption or loss of flow. As long as it suits your plans, you can mix and match.
Regardless of the weather, the terrace can accommodate a ceremony, cocktails, or dinner, and the indoor space can be used as a backup if necessary. For larger groups, weddings, or those who wish to have complete privacy, the entire clubhouse is available for rental, ensuring that no unintended participants will be present. Between 100 and 350 guests are optimal for seated dinner service.
