They are located in Victoria, British Columbia, an extremely appealing and popular destination for many couples. They are known to have their roots set in the Southern Vancouver Island region. These roots extend to as far as Duncan/Maple Bay and include Central Saanich, Metchosin, Brentwood Bay, Cobble Hill, Esquimalt, Highlands, Jordan River, Langford, Shawnigan Lake, North Saanich, Oak Bay, Mill Bay, Colwood, Point No Point, Port Renfrew, Saanich, East Sooke, Malahat, Shirley, Sooke, Sidney, Victoria and View Royal.

Cecilia currently works with a company called All Seasons Weddings. They provide for three different levels of ceremonies. The first one is “Make it Legal”. The second one is “Simply Sweet”, and finally the third is “Perfectly Planned”. The last one is a premium ceremony package. Rates are determined and set by Cecilia Penner.
