Welcome to Top Knots + Gloss Artistry, we’re the dream team here to provide you with the top of the line luxury makeup services. We offer an inclusive, safe space for all while servicing southwestern Ontario.
Our artists offer in-home studio services here in London, and mobile/on location services for every bridal party we book; keeping your morning timeline on the right path because being late for your own wedding isn’t on trend!

I’m Mel, owner/artist here at Top Knots + Gloss Artistry. If you’ve ever sent us an email or Instagram message I’m the one you’ve been talking to! I handle all of the administrative work behind the scenes and offer my personal makeup services for all things bridal, boudoir, branding, events, etc.
I began my freelancing career in 2017 after having worked with some of the world's top brands in the beauty industry. My love for bridal and special events far exceeded my love for being a brand ambassador, however, the experience with these brands has allowed me to grow and expand my skills in the best way possible! I’m confident in safe hygiene practices, trending application techniques, and identifying individual skin types to determine the use of appropriate products.
Since branching out on my own I’ve extended my services from makeup applications to one on one exclusive lessons that can be fully customized to each individual client. I’ve also acquired my certification in Barbicide, and Barbicide Covid – 19 for proper sanitation/disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the current highest industry standards.
