Experience

Shimmer Studio is owned by Karan Kaur, a veteran of the industry in GTA. She developed an interest in makeup and hairstyling quite early in life, and at the earliest opportunity, she attended Hair and Makeup School to understand the nuances of the art. Post schooling, she fine-tuned her skills by taking up fashion, TV, bridal and editorial assignments. Her passion was always bridal makeup and hair, and that led to her starting Shimmer Studio. She has not looked back since then and has over the years collected some fantastic testimonials, and a large customer base spread out across the world. She has excellent people skills instilling her vision and mission to her staff members who follow them faithfully, ensuring very satisfied customers looking more beautiful than ever.
