About Harris Flower Farm
Janis and Mark Harris founded Harris Flower Farm in 2011 as a small, family-owned business. Providing fresh, seasonal cut flowers to farmers' markets, weddings, and events in St. Thomas, London, and the surrounding areas of southwest Ontario, Harris Flower Farm specializes in cultivating a variety of bulbs, annuals, perennials, and blooming branches.
Farmhands and floral designers work with Janis to plant, weed, harvest, arrange, and deliver the flowers grown on the farm, located in the fertile soil of Elgin County. Harris Flower Farm is committed to offering high-quality, locally-grown flowers and excellent customer service.
Harris Flower Farm was founded in 2011 by Janis and Mark Harris. The farm is located in Elgin County in southwest Ontario and cultivates bulbs, annuals, perennials, and blooming branches.
The Janis family has been farming this property since the early 1950s. In addition to gathering flowers for their yard, her paternal grandparents ran a profitable dairy farm. Her favourite memory is exploring the yard with her sister and learning about flowers. Some of today's shrubs, trees, and perennials came from their collection. In her desire to share the joy of flowers with you, Janis draws inspiration from this lovely, family link.
