Chef Jean-Paul Brazeau is the founder and head chef of catering services, and he has over the years built a team of competent and passionate individuals. In January 2014, they had the pleasure of saying farewell to their pioneer, marking a wonderful era that had come to a close. Today, Ann-Kim Brazeau, the daughter of the founder, continues to grow the company in the same spirit as her father, while maintaining the company's vision while continuing the legacy of her father.
