Jeff Hay, the CEO of DJ Haymaker, has been in the business of creating memorable sounds for wedding couples throughout his lifetime. He is a professional DJ who has seen 2000+ events and knows what goes and what does not.
While getting his broadcasting degree in Vancouver, he still did some DJ gigs on the side. He even became one of the most requested DJs in some top events.
After getting his degree in Radio Broadcast Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, he worked in the Radio industry and has since then gone on to set up his own entertainment company.
He specializes in delivering music and entertainment while performing in 65+ weddings every year.
He is adept at 'breaking the ice' with the right songs for the right moments. There is a plus here, too, as he can double as an MC! He is very proficient in choosing songs just to fit the mood for the various sessions and games.

Jeff Hay holds a Masters's in Counselling Psychology and is a certified Couples/Relationship Counsellor to boot. His son jokingly likes to say, 'Dad, you can help people before their wedding and after! That's crazy!'
