About Painted Rock Estate Winery

One of Canada’s most awarded wineries and winner of InterVin International Winery of the year for 2018/2019, Painted Rock Estate Winery, is a perfect venue host your special events like wedding ceremonies and receptions in their winery facilities.

Located only 10 minutes away from Canada Post Industrial Avenue and surrounded by the breathtaking Skaha Lake, this venue is ideal for hosting an indoor and outdoor ceremony. Owners John and Trish Skinner had a belief that Okanagan Valley has tremendous potential, which made them create this family business based on the area’s history and vineyards.

Facilities and Capacity

You can host a long table dinner in their tasting room, a wine reception under the blanket of stars, a stand-up canape or even an evening spent in tents overlooking the vines. Painted Rock can handle any ceremony for you.

You can find event spaces at Painted Rock that offer extensive lawns with views of the eastern shore of Skaha Lake. This space includes a 1,350 sq. ft south terrace patio; the whole outdoor venue can host an event for up to 110 guests for a seated dinner.

Tasting Room is a 1,000 sq. ft of indoor space where you can host indoor receptions or parties. With a capacity for up to 42 guests for a sit-down dinner, this room is perfect for intimate social events.

Decorations

The venue’s outdoor event space can be decorated beautifully with draped altars prettified with flowers. Wooden chairs with cushions are provided by the venue. Candles in votives are arranged all over the space to add a touch of class to your special day. The indoor space is a perfect setting for an event with its exquisite infrastructure and elegantly decorated interiors.

In-House Catering

Painted House will provide you with a list of preferred vendors for catering services. You have the freedom to bring in your special vendor for the event. Wedding menus are customisable and can be personalised as per your liking. For bar services, an excellent collection of wine is provided. Outside alcohols are allowed.
