Victoria Conference Centre is one of the most beautiful event venues in Western Canada. This luxurious large facility with a stunning homage to the cultures and tradition makes Victoria a great place to connect. With over 7ooo square feet of meeting space, this contemporary venue can host various sizes of events, from business meetings to private parties and so on.
Victoria Conference Centre is a genuinely massive venue that spreads over 77,000 square feet of space wıth more than 20 rooms and halls. Whatever your wedding capacity or style is, this the location that you can find the best match for your wedding.
● Crystal Garden was one of the famous centres to celebrities for decades, then turned into a botanical garden before its re-opening by the VCC. It is a unique space covered with windows and has an enormous area to host up to 1100 guests in banquet or cocktail settings.
Level 1
● Saanich is a modern event space with soft colour decorations. Iıt can host up to 150 guests in a banquet or 225 guests cocktail style. Also, you have a chance to divide this room into 2 for smaller weddings or using two areas for different functions.
● Oak Bay is another space that is suitable for every type of wedding. It can accommodate up to 120 guests in banquet style or 200 guests for cocktail receptions. It can also be separated into two rooms for smaller weddings.
● Upper Pavilion is a space that is enclosed with windows overlooking the gardens. It can host 290 guests in banquet style and 375 guests in wedding receptions.
● Lower Pavilion is a unique place with marble floors and a marquee setting. It also has a fountain in the middle of the hall that creates a unique ambiance. It has the capacity to host up to 210 guests in a banquet or 375 guests in cocktail settings.
Level 2
● Carson Hall is one of the most oversized rooms to host 1100 guests in a banquet or 2000 guests in cocktail settings. It has a contemporary architecture that makes it suitable for various weddings.
● Salon A, B, C are three similar rooms that each can host around 350 guests in a banquet and 600 guests in cocktail settings. You can also merge some of these rooms to host larger weddings.
● Sidney and Langford are two similar rooms that can host up to 60 guests in a banquet and 110 guests in cocktail settings. Both of them are spacious and overlook the city.
● View Royal is a small space that hosts 40 guests in a banquet or 60 guests in cocktail settings. It can be used for intimate weddings, small family celebrations or wedding ceremonies.
