The Settlement Building, constructed in 1923, is a historic and one-of-its-kind modern wedding venue in Vancouver. Renovated just a few years ago, this building in Railtown Vancouver is also home to various lifestyle and manufacturing brands. The Settlement Building is a unique choice for couples who want a modern and sophisticated setting for their wedding.
55 Dunlevy Ave. is an only and intimate function space at The Settlement Building. This area can accommodate up to 50 guests seated. Also, this small place has a dance floor.
