About Grace Venue
Grace Venue is in Toronto. It is 16 minutes from CBD and 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport. It is a blend of historic and modern charm with high ceilings, exposed brick, natural light, etc. This eclectic loft is suitable for weddings, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners.
Grace Venue has a 2,400 sq. ft. area. It also has a double door at the main entrance with a ramp for accessibility and vendor load-in/out, guest and vendor parking, 6,500 sq. ft. kitchen space and guests’ washroom. The venue can accommodate up to 120 seated guests with a dance floor or 150 guests without a dance floor. It can host up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception.
It offers two brilliant spaces:
• Grace’s Room: This is the main space. It is suitable for private and intimate events for both seated and cocktail settings. The room is equipped with dimmable lighting, audiovisual equipment, a statement wall, and two Plexi bars for beverage services. This room is customizable with any décor and design of your choice.
• Tasting Lounge: This is a breakout room. It can also serve as an extension of an event or party from Grace’s room. It is suitable for a cocktail reception, tasting, small-seated dinners, and more. You can choose to add the Tasting Lounge to Grace's room as a bridal suite, backstage space, and green room or expand the event. This room has audiovisual equipment (with auxiliary input, Sonos sound system, projector, and screen), a wet bar, a cozy lounge area, wide windows, natural light, and a boardroom table for 12.

This venue features large walls that they can customize with decorations and designs. They have Chiavari chairs that are available in a variety of colours and styles, an in-house live edge wooden table, velvet dining chairs for 12, lounge furniture such as velvet couch, chairs, and coffee table. Dance Floor Décor is the preferred vendor for wall graphics, custom bars, and dance floor arts. Event Rental Group is the preferred vendor for event draping, while MD Designs Inc. is the preferred vendor for décor rentals.
Grace Venue is a licensed venue that offers a fully equipped catering and kitchen facility. They also offer two distinct open bar packages: the standard and premium. Each package includes 5 hours of service, beer, wine, soft beverage, bar garnish, ice, and basic glassware. They have other packages such as soft beverage package, specialty bar options, consumption bars, and corkage. Toben Food by Design is the in-house caterer for Grace Venue. They operate a modern commissary and can prepare a custom proposal including food, services, and rentals. For passed hors d’oeuvres, they have vegetarian dishes, meat, and seafood options.

Grace Venue offers up to 6 hours of event time, also offers 3 more hours for set up and clean up. Both Grace's Room and Tasting Lounge are subject to minimum spending. The event venue supervisor will be with you on an extra charge to act as additional support and managing set up, décor, duration of the event, and tear down. Proof of insurance is required for all events. A 25% deposit and credit card on file are required to reserve a space at this venue.
