Located in the beautiful downtown High River, Alberta, at the heart of the community,Highwood Centre has a special place. Celebrating over 80 years of hosting community and private events, this historic yet modern event facility offers over 22,000 sq feet of event space which can accommodate groups of up to 1000.

The Centre also boasts an 1150 sq ft stage, professional lighting system and lower dressing rooms which are perfect for all performance events.

The dedicated team of professionals will assist you by providing personalized, creative expertise to help bring your imagination into reality. They cater to a variety of events including weddings, milestone events, corporate meetings, holiday celebrations, music festivals, trade shows, fundraisers, theatre performances, concerts, team building and conferences.

Facilities and Capacity

The centre offers a variety of room sizes and configurations. The maximum capacity for each room outlined is subject to individual event requirements. For larger events, the Medicine Tree Hall, Rotary, Windmill, Sandstone, Heritage and Veterans rooms can be combined via removable wall dividers for a capacity of up to 500 for banquet service.
